Ferdi Akdag

The founder and managing director of our company is Ferdi Akdag - our capabilities are based on his decades of experience in the assistance and call centre industry.

Since 1991, when Austria discovered the assistance sector, he has been a part of the history of the local assistance sector; as a pioneer in the industry he has been jointly responsible for the development of solutions which are now part of the standard repertoire of many companies.
